javax.comm & pocket pc

Hi,
i made java client/server application using javax.comm package!
It open the serial COM port into a PC client & into a PC host and send/receive data!
Now i would make the same using pocket pc(establish serial connection between PC host& Pocket PC)!
I read that javax.comm package isn't compatible with Pocket PC OS(pocket pc 2002)!
May be i wrong?
I tried to download the required package from www.telio.net but i'm not able to get the home page!!
