Javascript to loop for page items

Hi experts,
I'm using Apex 5, 18 and 20.2.
My requirement is to loop by certain page items with a text pattern and make some calculations among them.
Is there any Apex Javascript API to retrieve all page items an loop till certain string pattern is found?
