Javascript PopUP2 starting position

Hi

I am opening popup window on button click. for this i have written in attribute as

onclick="Javascript:popUp2('f?p=&App_ID.:150:&SESSION.'screen.availWidth*3/4,screen.availHeight*3/4);"

I am getting the exact size of the window but always this popup window is opening from different positon.

I want to open this popup window from exact position of the screen(i.e co-ordinate).

Please help me.
