javascript function popup2 in Universal theme

I used the javascript popup2 in apex 4.2 to open a page using dynamic action "execute javascript code" as below

popUp2('f?p=&APP_ID.:932:&SESSION.::&DEBUG.::P932_REP_ID:5601');

but this popUp2 seem no more supported in Universal theme, anyone knows what is the replaced function of popUp2?
