Javascript alert message shows "The page at local host:(local host no) says..."

APEX 4.1

Oracle 11g,Apache server

The javascript alert message box in my application shows below tex

The page at local host:...says" followed by my alert message "Please select valid number".

We haven't seen this message before..recently it has started appearing.We use chrome browser for our application

Anything to do with apex/browser/server/DB?Not able to figure that out. Any way to suppress this?
