javacript not reloaded when page is refreshed with CTRL+F5

I am working on a ADF application (version 12.1.3)

I am facing some problems when I try to refresh the page with the refresh button on browser

The issue is - javascripts are not reloaded on page refresh.

Has anyone faced this issue and knows any fix to this problem
