Javacard help

Hi,
I have SmartMouse card reader, which has given 2 drivers one is PC/SC and OCF. The cards are Multos Security Manager(MSM) enabled. I have the following questions in learning javacard.

How could the above components be altered for learning Java Card?
Just like enabling MSM data for Multos card, are there mechanisms to enable java card platform inside the card?
How could personalization be done in java card?
Are there specific guidelines for generating ALUs, loading , deleting applications and java card scheme?
How different is JavaCard from Multos?

Please help me understand these issues.
