JavaCard 3.0 and strong authentication (cert on card) and JavaME apps

Hi,
Will it be possible to write a JavaME application (deploy it on the mobile phone) that send http request to JavaCard 3.0 and using JavaCard for strong authentication (using a cert on JavaCard)?
I suppose I also have to write a web application and deploy on the JavaCard?
Next question, HowTo add a JavaCard3.0 to a mobile phone?
Is it possible to buy a JavaCard 3.0 that use the microSD Card reader on phone (for example a Nokia E51)?
