New to Java

I downloaded java j2sdk1.4.2_10, set the paths and configured my editplus, i think i got some bug on pc and it wiped my system, so i reinstalled it and done i done before, now none of my programs would compile.

Now i have a javac issue or my EDITPLUS just hates me, i cant compile anything, averytime i click on javac in editplus some words come up and nothing happens

tried changing classpath and path, nothing works, my classpath is %classpath%;. and path is %path%;D:\j2sdk1.4.2_10\bin;

but i still get this
