'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command...

Hello,

I have been trying to fix this for a while, I have gone to the tutorial page or w/e and tried setting it as PATH under environmental variables and added the correct value, yet I cannot get it to work, I keep getting the same error!

How do I make windows recognize 'javac' ?

(Im trying to run the HelloWorldApp!)
