Java3d Timer question.

yeah... so I'm a complete noob on this one ... and just so you know... my java3d experience is very little.. and one of the things I can't figure out is how to use the Timer... and I've searched and looked programs that used and I just couldn't get it to work out of what they did... so could someone explain and show code to make the j3d timer work? Thanks
