Java WS with -silent install option, No custom splash screen

Hi ,
When I install my app without the "-silent" option I get my Custom splash screen (as expected) instead of the "Java Starting ..." default splash screen. But when I use the "-silent" option and install the same files I don't the Custom splash screen instead I get the Web starts default splash screen. Is this a bug ?

Please can anybody tell me how to get the Custom splash screen along with the "-silent" option.
