Java Web technologies JSP VS JSF ADF

Hello I am new to Java although familiar with web development. To become good with JAVA web technologies which path should I take - JSP or JSF combined with ADF . Are there many people using JSF or are most people still using JSP . I am from a microsoft .NET web development background
