Java version for Apex 20.1+ORDS 19.2 with DB 11g

hi all,

creating a windows 7 based VM for Developer using :

1) Windows 7

2) Database 11g 11.2.0.4.0 Enterprise Edition

3) Oracle Apex 20.1

4) Java SDK

5) ORDS 19.2.0.199.1647

6) Apache Tomcat 9

have done steps 1 and 2 above, now what version of Java is recommended for ORDS to install so i can go ahead for next steps.

is above sequence is ok or i have to modify?

any link will be much helpful to install step by step Apex 20.1 and ORDS 19.2 with Apache 9 on Windows 7
