java.util.Timer issue related to the time shift

This bug is still alive in 21JDK and I suppose not only there. Any clock movement affects scheduled tasks. It's reported 26 years back (plenty duplicate tickets). Would anyone fix it? How come this huge corp still didn't fix it?
