java uses or overrides a deprecated API

Hello,
I downloaded one project of chat server.while compilation time it gives one error.I think it the error of classpath . can you please tell me i am right or wrong.Please tell me how i can solve the problem.The error shows like this,

Program Files\Xinox Software\JCreatorV3 LE\MyProjects\connapp\src\HttpChatApplet.java uses or overrides a deprecated API.
Note: Recompile with -Xlint:deprecation for details.
