Java Update Needed

BrandonZJun 6 2016 — edited Jun 9 2016

Hey,

Whenever we run an Oracle Form we always get the following message, even if we have checked the "Do not ask again" checkbox.

Java_Update.PNG

Is there anyway to prevent this from appearing besides updating our Java version? Only our network admins are allowed to update Java so it's not possible for all of our end-users to have the most up-to-date version all the time. We would like this message to not appear as long as the client is using a certified version of Java (1.8_55+).

Oracle Forms 12c on a Windows Server 2012 R2

Client Java Version is 1.8_77

Internet Explorer 11

Hope someone can help.

Thanks,

Brandon
