Ways I've Tried To Fix This: Uninstall, Reinstall, UAC EDIT, CHANGE DEP, Uninstall All Java Versions Deleted All Traces Of It In Program Data And %appdata% Then Reinstall, Reinstall With Computer Restart, Registry Repair, Launching Java Through the folder instead of the shortcut, and Updating Divers.
