java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded-

Hi,

we are using otralce 10g i am see this error in the production the java application we are closing the connections but some how this issue not getting resolved.

there are tow applications.

application 1 and application2 are refering to the same database for reading/writing
