java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver for db2 on AIX

Hi,
I am trying to run a simple jdbc program to connect to a db2 database on aix.when executing the program i am getting following error
java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver.
dab2java.zip and runtime.zip are in my classpath.this works fine on windows.am I missing anything?please help.
