JAVA Servlet Help

I am new to JavaServlet. I am trying to run a simple HelloWorld program. but i couldnt run that program. when i run in browser, i get error as cant find the file specified from the Tomcat server.

Is it need to have a xml file to run? where should i save that xml file and that class file of my program?
Please help me.....
