Java SE Support Licensing

I want to buy Java SE Support for Java 1.7 Updates.

I have 32 CPU Cores with 4 Intel Xeon Server each have 8 Cores.

Should I multiple the 32 Cores with the Core Processor Factor of 0.5?

Or means "per Processor Licensing" the CPU Socket, so I have 4?

Do I need to buy 32 or 16 or 4 Java SE Support Licenses?
