Java runing problems

Im having difficulties running some kind of streaming video on my comp. Everytime i go to anywebcam.com and want to use my webcam i get prompted with ......"Please ensure that your browser has Javascript enabled and that you have Flash 9 installed.
Flash can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer." When i click on the download link on adobes page, it instantly installs the player and the preview works perfect. I go back to anywebcam and im hit with the same message again, i reinstall only to face the same problem. Same happens when i try to see a dvd called "Photoshop TopSecrets".... Can anyone help me? 3or 4 days ago it was working....No idea what happen after
