Java on Windows CE 5.0

Ideally I would like to run a Java application on a Windows CE 5 operating system! Is this possible? If so, where can I download a suitable JVM / Runtime?

I know there was a product one upon a time called "PersonalJava Runtime" but this seems to have disappeared from existence, does anyone know what this has been replaced with?
