java mail and MS exchange

Hi all ,
I am stuck with requirement of sending mail to MS Exchange users on intranet.
This is basically a part of our web application developed for e-government application.

As for as my knowledge goes, MS exchange server uses MAPI protocol.

Can somebody tell how do i use MAPI servrice provider to send mails.

More over MS exchange users have x.400 address format . Is this a valid sender e-mail address for Java mail class.??
