Java Mail and Mail Groups

Hi All,
I'm interested in doing a mail group application using java mail. I already know how to receive and send regular mail messages.
Some doubts are:
- How do I set the recipient to "group@group", and the e-mail goes to john doe and alfred.
- How do I fill reply-to?
