java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPException

I am using JWSDP 1.6, Sun ONE Web Server 6.1SP3 and Java2sdk1.4.2.04. When I tried to deply the exemples in SAAJ directory or in xws-security directory I always generate an error like java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPException or java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPEvenloppe. Any ideas.
