java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null

Hi guys,
I just recently installed oracle 10g on my laptop. After I sign in to Oracle Enterprise Management, I get this error "java.lang.Exception: Exception in sending Request :: null". I researched it and I still can't figure out how to fix it. Help me please.
