Java jdk 8u172 installation failed and stuck

I am trying to upgrade Java 8u172 but the installation failed and stuck (please find the attached screenshot)

Server : windows server 2012 R2

system type : 64-bit operating system

Error :

ERROR: Exception with message 'Registry.cpp(431) at Registry::deleteValue(): delete value (HKLM\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\InstallStatus) error. System error [2](system error 2 (The system cannot find the file specified))' caught
