java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

We are getting the below error during the OAM server startup.

java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

java.security.UnrecoverableKeyException: Password verification failed

The oam_server1 is going to Running state. But we are not able to open the http://<host>:<port>/oamconsole

The login page is opening, but when we provide the username and password, a notepad is getting popped up.

Can someone help me out why this is happening.

Also in Admin console, under deployments, i can see oam-server to be in Failed state.. and when i try to start it , i get the below error
