Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

Hi peers,
I hope you all are doing great. I am new to java
and i have a image processing course as well.
I am learning java myself these days, but i am also
studying image processing, so surely i will want to
code some basics of image processing in that, more over you
can say that, my project is about image processing, so i would
be looking forward from you all people for specific questions help
if i get stuck up, and i want to know.

1- Is java Image API difficult?
2- What are the tactics of mastering java?
