JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

Hello !

I am running one project in Eclipse , but, i am getting some errors while running the project.
Error is as follows :

com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.
It is currently set to "C:\Zicom\java\jre1.5.0_04"

If anybody is knowing the solution please tell me, i need your help badly.
