Java-Friendly Web Hosting

Okay, so this is off-topic. Sue me.

I'm looking for web hosting that is java-friendly. By Java friendly I mean that I want it to support servlets, JSP, and Tomcat. These are only a few of the requirements. A full list of my requirements is listed below:

1. CGI support (Perl 5, Python 5, etc)
2. PHP/MySQL support (PHP 5)
3. Subversion (preferred) or CVS
4. Shell and FTP access
5. Java support (servlets, JSP, Tomcat)

Anyone know of any web hosts that have all of this? Or most of this?

I'm not eliminating choices by prices right now. Some web hosts that I've looked into and considered are bluehost.com, chost.com and a2hosting.com. Unfortunately, none of them are java-friendly.

The web hosts on hosting-review.com and top-10-web-hosting.com all suck. I'm looking for web hosting that's good for developers. I've found many that are, but none that are java-friendly.
