Java for PocketPC

Hello,

I've just bought Metrowerks Codewarrior for PDA and an iPAQ PDA, and I have several questions.

Which version for Java do I used. Codewarrior for PDA has J2ME, but the all the different information for J2ME is very confusing.

Do I use Personal Profile?
