java.exe - Unable to Locate DLL (PLEASE HELP!)

I'm installing SUN Directory Server 5.2 on a W2K SP4 box. The install is failing with the error...

java.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

The dynamic link library smime3.dll could not be found in the specified path d:\program files\Sun\MPS\bin\base\jre\bin;.;C:\winnt\system32;c:\winnt\system;c:\winnt;c:\winnt\system32;c:\winnt;c:\winnt\system32\wbem.

Any Ideas on how I can get around that? Thanks!
