JAVA_EE_SDK-5-WINDOWS.EXE - MSVCRT.DLL

While trying to execute JAVA_EE_SDK-5-WINDOWS.EXE, I encounter the following issue with MSVCRT.DLL. Please suggest what should be done.

JAVA_EE_SDK-5-WINDOWS caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 0177:780033ab.
