Java EE (Java Enterprise Edition) Missing beans_1_1.xsd file on oracle site

The file http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/beans_1_1.xsd is missing on oracle site. I tried on http://xmlns.jcp.org/xml/ns/javaee/beans_1_1.xsd and http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/jsc/xml/ns/javaee/beans_1_1.xsd. Because this my Jboss application failled parsing the beans.xml. How can I solve this?
