Java EE Glassfish->Tomcat 7.0

Hi, I asked this question in Java Beginner, but thought I'd give it a shot here too:

Sorry if anyone has already answered this, but if I develop a java app using glassfish, can I then deploy it to my hoster who serves apps on tomcat.

ie: can i deploy my glassfish server derived app to a tomcat server, and if so how.

Is it as easy as changing the server serttings in netbeans to tomcat?
