Java development on iPAQ3970...URGENT

Hi all,

I have been working on MIDP 2.0.

Now i have procured iPAQ3970 and wish to develop applications on it. I have installed Jeode.
But it says that it supports Personal Java 1.2.
Does that mean that my MIDp codes wont run here?
Do i have to rewrite my application ?

Pleae give me any other suggestions.
