Java cron jobs on Windows

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if there was any way to setup the equivalent of a cron job with Java and Windows. I'm currently programming in the Eclipse IDE, and would really love to have some of the programs I've written automatically run. eg program A runs every morning at 2am
