java convert image to hexadecimal of array 2d

Hello all members,

I have one image file I want to convert it to hexadecimal.

Ex: Test.bmp I need java code for converting it to hexadecimal.

hexadecimal formatting: Test [][] ={{0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,0x00,},

it is mean that Test.bmp to Hexadecimal formatting.
