Java Control Panel

Good morning,after i have install the jdk1.6.0_12 with JRE i can't open the control panel. Appear this Window [http://static.tizioandcaio.com/photos/show.php?id=5320]. Also pages with java crashes firefox and internet explorer.
I checked and was missing the path to java, I added the lib folders of both JDK and JRE in the path of the system, but still does not work.
How can I fix? I'm Using 32-bit Vista SP1
