Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

We are having some problems with the E-Business Suite and I'd like to get a trace of the java console. I turned on trace and logging then replicated the issue. Where are the trace and log file located? I thought that they would be in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Sun. But for the user with the problem, she doesn't have an Application Data folder under C:\Documents and Settings\<user> Any ideas where the files might be?
