Java console no longer showing JNLP description info in window title bar

Prior to Java 5.0, a Java Web Start application in Windows would display the JNLP description text next to the "Java Console" words in a displayed console window. Now it no longer does that with the latest release of Java.

Does anyone know how to have an opened javaws console window display more than just "Java Console" to include the application's description like it used to?
