java connect timesten get invalid-string-or-buffer-length error

env: jdk1.8, timesten 22.1.1.1.0 client, timesten 11.2 server
use ttisql connect timesten client DSN is succeed.
config: url: jdbc:timesten:client:DSN=tt_test
Error message: PreparedStatementCallback;SQL[TimesTen 22.1.1.1.0 CLIENT] Invalid string or buffer length
