JAVA Cab File Not Found

I have forms 11.1.2.2.0 install on a Weblogic middle tier. I just upgraded my PC to Windows 10 using IE11

In my Formscfg have the following:

# Parameter related to the version of the Java Plugin

jpi_classid=clsid:CAFEEFAC-0016-0000-0012-ABCDEFFEDCBA

# Parameter related to the version of the Java Plugin

jpi_codebase=http://java.sun.com/update/1.6.0/jinstall-6-windows-i586.cab#Version=1,6,0,12

The cab file no longer exists and thus not installing on my PC. Is there another compatible one I can use? How can I update Formscfg?
