Java application packaging with SQLite integration

Hi,

I have to make a setup.exe from a netbeans project I don't have any idea of how to do that. Here are my questions :

How can I do ?
How can I integrate the JRE environment transparently ?
Is it possible to integrate an SQLite setup on the client's computer transparently ?
