Java app on my iPAQ can't find the virtual COM port

My Java App can't find the virtual port.

hardware:
iPAQ h1940, processor: samsung S3C2410

I have tryied to load different commapi.dll files from www.teilo.com, but i will not work.

This is how my shortcut to the app looks like:

19#"\Windows\evm.exe" -Djeode.evm.console.local.keep=TRUE -cp \windows\programs\ct\CESerial.jar;\windows\programs\ct\comm.jar;\windows\programs\ct\ConfigurationTool.jar MainApplication

any propositions.
