Java and VPN IPSEC

We are connecting to a client that uses a Cisco 1700 series router over a VPN and they are using IPSEC to encrypt the packets they send to us. We need to decrypt the packets in our server, not in a router. Can anyone tell me how to approach VPN / IPSEC in Java?
