Java Database Connectivity (JDBC)

Hi, I was wondering how I would go about connection to a Clarion database using java. I have searched and could not find and jdbc drivers for this. I have a client who's Point of Sale software runs on top of a Clarion database. I want to interface using java to this Clarion database for access and hopefully data replication to a mysql or similar database.

Even if someone knew of a tool that would allow for data transfer/syncing to a different database that is more java friendly that would be also acceptable.

There doesn't seem to be much info out there for what I am doing, any help would be greatly appreciated.
